We have no apprentices working behind the chair, our staff are all certified professionals who have worked abroad and here in Australia some have years of experience and some have worked few years in the industry but we do not hired sophomores. Everyone go through our training process system before placing them behind the chair, after they technical interview, they are then trained the RMB way. RMB works alike! whether they have work over 10 years or 2 years.
